To avoid paying the fee, please bring cash. Please note that processing fees are not included in the quoted total price. No one under 18 may attend the appointment unless previously discussed. Design Policy: Once your tattoo design is approved, no changes can be made. Please be sure to include all ideas and details at the time of booking. If you change your mind on the design after approval, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to move forward. To protect the originality of my work and ensure a smooth creative process, I do not send or share tattoo designs prior to your appointment. All custom designs will be revealed the day of your session. Please trust the process and communicate all design requests clearly at the time of booking. Before you get a tattoo check list * Ensure you have a substantial meal beforehand to maintain blood sugar levels. * Drink plenty of water in the hours leading up to your appointment. * Pack some snacks or candy, in case you need a quick sugar boost. * Do not consume alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment, as it can thin your blood. * Aim for a good night’s sleep before your tattoo day. * Limit caffeine intake before your appointment, as it can increase anxiety and heart rate. * Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the tattoo area. * Avoid sunburn and moisturize the area a few days prior * Set aside enough time for your appointment, including possible waiting time. * Ensure you bring a valid ID Due to being a service, refunds are not available. If there is an issue with a service done, you have 48 hours to call text or email and let me know and we will figure out the best solution for you. Tattoo Touch-Up Policy • Free touch-ups apply only in rare cases of ink loss due to the healing process, and proper aftercare must have been followed. • A clear photo of your tattoo is required, along with a description of exactly what areas need touching up, before approval. • I’m happy to offer complimentary touch-ups when you are booking another tattoo appointment. Please note that flash tattoos do not include a free touch-up. A setup fee will apply for any touch-ups on flash designs. After 8 weeks: • Touch-ups will be priced accordingly, most often at my hourly rate, depending on the work needed. Ink Retention Disclaimer Please note that not all tattoos heal or age the same. Certain placements and styles are more prone to fading or ink loss and are not guaranteed. • Tattoos without a black outline (including color-only or greywash designs) tend to fade more quickly • Fine line tattoos may experience faster fading due to the delicacy of the linework • Hands, fingers, feet, and toes fade significantly faster due to constant movement and skin regeneration • Areas with thin skin, high friction, or frequent use may experience ink loss • Tattoos exposed to excess sun, friction, or improper aftercare may fade or lose ink • Skin type, immune response, and healing process vary from person to person and can affect ink retention • Scarring, previous tattoos, stretch marks, or textured skin may not hold ink evenly
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so a minimum of 48 hours before your allotted appointment time. A deposit is required to book all appointments and is non-refundable. Deposits are non refundable regardless of cancelling or rescheduling. Please choose a date and time that works best for you. Cancellations with out a deposit paid will result in a fee charged to the card on file. A NO-SHOW is considered as either not showing up for the appointment at all, or contact AFTER appointment start time. No shows will be banned from booking. A fee will be charged to the card on file Please be on time. I have a 10 minute late policy. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I do have the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
